SOME QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE. (But email us if you have others.)
Do I have to be a Scot? Certainly not. All nationalities are welcome just as long as you admire and love the kilt
I haven't got a kilt... No problem. As long as you'd like to be associated with kilted guys, you're welcome. We realise that they are expensive, you may get your own one day! And you might get one through our exchange and mart scheme. And members can get a discount at 21st. Century Kilts.
How much is it to join? £7.50 per person. For that you get three newsletters a year and three updates, a chance to meet up with other members and join in our gatherings.
Why the kilt? Because it's smart, masculine and most men look fantastic in it. It's for all occasions - walking in the hills, going shopping, evening events and full dress functions. And it's braw. A man in a kilt looks a man! Proud, smart and sexy!
Does a kilts have to be tartan? No! Things are moving on in the kilt world. What ever you prefer - tartan, black, denim, leather, saffron, green, rainbow!! We love 'em all if they are traditionally made and styled. But we believe 'the kilt maketh the man'. Join us to promote the wearing of the kilt in all its masculine glory.
What do we get up to? Well - that would be telling! We're a social group. We value the friendship and cameraderie of kilt-wearers. A laugh and a blether over a pint or a dram; kilted walks over the hills; chatting with other kilted guys on the Internet; dancing at ceilidhs; organised weekends away; or just being with other guys in kilts and doing what we want...
